Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional tax software.
EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with tax prep expertise.
Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week and complete required training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for end-to-end solutions.
Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and match with Intuit services.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage inquiries across in-person and virtual channels.
