Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in California.

You will work with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless experience. You will also grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and use TurboTax tools to educate customers while upholding Intuit’s standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active Enrolled Agent or CPA certification preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience, 1040s filed.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week during tax season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with teammates across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
