Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in California.

You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients navigate personal and business taxes while growing your local client base. This role emphasizes in-person client meetings, ongoing tax advisory, and cross-selling Intuit services in a compliant, customer-centric manner.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and willingness to upskill in related services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location (8:00–5:00, M–F, 20+ hrs/week).
• Willing to training and cross-training within Intuit offerings.
• Must wear providedUniforms; open to representing Intuit in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Develop lasting relationships and drive client loyalty.
