Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will also proactively grow the local client base, cultivate community relationships, and help clients understand how Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll can address broader financial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through grassroots outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
