Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ returns seasonally.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios and offer planning advice.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, online and in person.
