Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax prep and client advisory. You’ll work with a team of financial experts, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and build lasting relationships in your local community.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and guide customers through complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete client returns end-to-end.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with Intuit specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
