Job summary

Jobot is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own and grow a local territory in Fairhaven, MA. You’ll prospect, qualify municipal bid opportunities, and close deals with General Contractors, while coordinating with estimating and service teams to craft compelling proposals.

You’ll work on-site in a warehouse environment, manage CRM-driven pipelines, and leverage your hunter mentality to drive growth. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales and business development — hunter mentality matters more than specific industry background.
• Strong project management skills — able to scope requirements, source materials, and produce accurate estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory; build and manage a pipeline.
• Develop relationships within the local community and follow up on website-generated leads.
• Qualify for local municipal bid opportunities and General Contractor new-build opportunities.
• Track opportunities in CRM; follow up with estimating to ensure timely response.
• Conduct site visits for needs assessment; develop project scope and review with the customer before submitting to estimating.
• Prepare and present proposals in a timely manner; follow up and answer questions.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Service Management teams throughout each project.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and improve conversion rates over time.
