• 6+ months experience in a communication role involving business contacts over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: contact prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
• Lead Qualification: identify decision makers and assess needs to fit target profile.
• Introduce Flagship’s service capabilities to prospects.
• Scheduling: arrange meetings between prospects and sales/operations teams.
• Database Management: maintain CRM records of conversations and appointments.
• RFP and Bid Monitoring: track public and private sector opportunities daily.
• Follow-Up: confirm appointments and re-engage cold leads.
