Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site, full-service tax preparation for local and remote clients at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from discovery to filing, leveraging Intuit resources and client relationships.

You will actively grow the local TurboTax client base, host community events, and collaborate with marketing to build durable customer loyalty, while meeting onsite hours and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax prep credentials (EA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 yrs experience preparing 1040+ federal/state returns.
• Proficient in tax software and client communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns (personal and business).
• Conduct discovery & reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
