Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a collaborative team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You’ll build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and leverage Intuit resources to support customers through simple to complex tax needs. This role emphasizes hands-on service and community presence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into broader tax services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Lead community outreach to grow local TurboTax client base and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with business tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and with the wider team.
