Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory services. You will work closely with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, including personalized tax planning and related services in your local community.

Role emphasizes growing the local client base, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and leveraging Intuit's resources to support year-round client needs.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term trusted relationships and drive client loyalty.
