Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and expand the local client base. You’ll work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll help individuals and businesses with complex scenarios and promote Intuit ecosystem services. You’ll engage with the community, host educational events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships while compliant with training and branding

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for clients.
• Act as local community ambassador, grow client base.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships with customers and communities.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across channels.

Skills

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credential

Active PTIN

3+ years tax prep experience

Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advis

Onsite 20+ hours/week

Training/compliance readiness

Uniforms/brand appearance willingness
