Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve on-site with a team of specialists, handling personal and business tax scenarios and delivering end-to-end support.

You’ll build local client relationships, leverage marketing tools, and connect clients to broader Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, >=20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer future planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
