Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, offering in-person and virtual tax services. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit support for personal and business needs.

You will help grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to promote services and drive community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Completion of required training and wearing Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning and Credit Karma.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships.
