Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide end-to-end tax services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with community engagement, advising clients, growing the local client base, and connecting customers with the full Intuit ecosystem. Responsibilities include preparing taxes, offering planning advice, and collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with provided training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development requirements.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Develop long-term client relationships and trust in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax-related challenges.
