Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance in a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will work on-site with clients, manage complex and simple filings, and collaborate with specialists to provide complete financial solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to build lasting relationships and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for holistic client solutions.
