You will assist clients with personal and business taxes, deductions, and year-round planning, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists across the Intuit ecosystem. The role emphasizes community growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services.
• Ability to manage complex tax scenarios including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Willingness to upsell and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning services.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
