Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax prep and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to cover personal and business tax needs, expanding local client relationships and providing end-to-end support. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client service, with a focus on growth, community presence, and collaboration across Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite office work with defined 8am–5pm schedule and 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions, optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit client experience in-person and virtually.
