You will work on-site with a team, delivering end-to-end tax services and connecting customers to Intuit's broader offerings.

The role emphasizes holistic tax advisory, on-site presence, and building lasting client relationships while expanding the local footprint via community engagement and cross-service referrals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services from Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on tax planning.
