Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer expert tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax software.

You’ll play a key role in growing the local client base, building lasting relationships, and guiding clients through the full Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial support.

Qualifikationen

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Must be onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.

Aufgaben

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
Grow local client base through targeted outreach, workshops, and community partnerships.
Link clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
