Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Expert professionals to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, while growing the local client base and hosting community events to promote TurboTax services and Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using tax software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
