Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, while collaborating with a broader team to address clients’ complete financial needs.

You will engage with the local community, build relationships, and help expand TurboTax services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license required or preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 per season with professional software.
• Willingness to expand services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfort working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/week.
• Clear training and development commitments as directed by business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients (personal/business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes ahead.
• Grow local client base via outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure year-round support.
