Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-store customers.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and grow a trusted tax practice within your community, leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support. This non-exempt, frontline role requires 20+ hours per week, weekends as needed, and a professional

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Proactive community ambassador and local Turbotax advocate.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Build local relationships and grow client base with marketing support.
