Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide on-site tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You’ll be the link between clients and Intuit’s ecosystem, helping with personal and business tax scenarios, financial planning, and advisory services, delivering year-round support in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing local client base and organizing events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
