Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our local TurboTax team as on-site Local Service Experts, delivering hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients. You will engage with customers face-to-face and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios with clarity and care.

You will grow the local client base, connect clients to Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning), and partner with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per tax season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development (compliance, up-skilling, cross-training).
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local & online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships; be local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning; ensure a full, year-round support path.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via video tools to address tax inquiries.
