Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a real-world on-site role across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to create a complete client financial picture.

You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and represent the Intuit ecosystem in person and online.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or tax attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite office presence and 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear tax guidance in everyday language.
• Collaborate with a team of tax and advisory specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
