Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, attract new customers, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Utilize Intuit tools and marketing support to drive local engagement.
