Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at future TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax expertise, engage with clients in-person and virtually, and collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships in the community, and support customers through personal and small business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless Intuit experience.
