Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will engage clients in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. A strong tax background and willingness to be a community ambassador are essential.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to undergo training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive tax planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a seamless Intuit experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and virtually.
