Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation, collaborating with specialists to address the client’s complete financial picture in an on-site setting.

You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and leverage TurboTax marketing resources. Training, compliance, and a performance-based reward culture support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on tax preparation for individuals and businesses.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for >=20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to advertising using your name/picture.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and services.
