Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax prep, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver an end-to-end experience. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach while leveraging marketing tools and resources.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep for 30+ returns per season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver a seamless, full-service Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
