Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full‑service tax preparation and personalized advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists, guiding each customer through complex tax scenarios, deductions, and planning using Intuit tools and local outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Commitment to complete required training and development, with potential changes.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow using name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and referrals.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with clear next steps.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
