Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients with Intuit products in a collaborative team setting.

You will grow the local client base, foster long‑term relationships, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience through in-person and virtual engagements, working with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base and organize local events with support from marketing tools.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - develop long‑term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - provide professional service and guidance for tax planning and questions.
