Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, handling in-person and virtual client meetings to navigate personal and business tax needs with accuracy.

As a local market ambassador, you will grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a network of Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for the local community.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
