Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and serve as a trusted advisor while helping clients navigate their financial needs. You will work on-site, collaborate with tax and advisory specialists, and play a key role in growing TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate deductions, amendments, and tax planning while using government resources and team expertise.
• Be the local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and organize outreach events.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address client needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
