Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and act as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a proactive community ambassador, you will build a local client base, organize events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping or payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local outreach and build a local customer base through events and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
