Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance, serving both in-person and virtual clients, while coordinating with a broader team for end-to-end tax solutions.

As a local ambassador, you will grow your client base, build community relationships, and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Grow and manage a local client base, coordinating with marketing and community partners.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning where appropriate.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
