Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and small business taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional service, build long-term trust and drive customer loyalty.
