Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax return preparation, and support a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or affiliated attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 1040+ returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
