Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts at our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients in a collaborative team of financial professionals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income and deductions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer integrated services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
