Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You will perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end.

You’ll also grow the local client base through outreach and events, leveraging Intuit resources to support clients year-round. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual service, with a strong focus on community presence and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Build local market growth by outreach, events, and partnerships to grow client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
