Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a local TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to clients, both in person and virtually, helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

As a Local Service Expert you will build relationships with the community, grow the client base, and collaborate with other Intuit specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client relationships and grow the TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists for end-to-end service.
