Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and consult on deductions, income, and year-round planning, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You'll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships through community engagement, and support customers with estate, business, and personal tax needs using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Requires active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Must hold PTIN as required for filing taxes and have 3+ years of paid tax preparation work.
• Comfortable growing a local client base and delivering holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax prep for individuals and small businesses, incl. complex scenarios.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and tax planning using Intuit tools.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and develop community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
