Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide expert tax advice and prepare returns, serving both simple and complex scenarios with a focus on client relationships.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end support and driving local growth in your community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, build local client base, and lead local events with marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and optimize tax outcomes.
