Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for TurboTax clients, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end experiences. This role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the TurboTax base, and delivering personalized service while guiding clients through complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
