Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site locations across the United States.

You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience for personal and business scenarios. You’ll also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, engaging with communities, hosting events, and leveraging marketing tools to build relationships and promote prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s) using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships and ensure superior customer experience.
