Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions, empowering clients to achieve financial goals and prosperity in their communities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients (simple to complex scenarios).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagements.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
