Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture with our team.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end services from intake to year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
