Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. You will also act as a local ambassador, building relationships, expanding the client base, and guiding customers through complex tax scenarios, including business income and investments, while

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and clear tax planning guidance.
