Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broad team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll build local client relationships, attract new customers, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to foster growth in your community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax advisory and services.
• Foster long-term client relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
